Orpic Fire Services (OFS) is an industrial fire brigade consisting primarily of full-time fire team members, supported by an organised volunteer work force. The OFS Mission is to prevent and minimise impacts on life, environment and property. Its Vision is to provide the best fire service as Orpic with pride.

OFS follows practices recommended by the National Fire Protection Association, and the Incident Command System to ensure a standardised, international and local approach to emergency service management. It provides its services to a population of over 3,000 persons consisting of Orpic employees and contractors as well as organisations as part of Mutual Aid initiatives in Sohar Port, Mina Al Fahal and Raysut Depot. Mutual Aid is managed through the establishment of mutual aid committees and agreements, attended and signed by all participants in each region of Oman.
