Health figures prominently in Orpic’s first value along with Safety & Environment. We value the health of our employees and contractors by ensuring that Occupational Health Risk Assessments (OHRA) practice is implemented with proper controls.
Pre-employment medical check-ups are conducted based on the designated jobs of the employees to ensure that they are fit to do their jobs. The employees also go for periodic medical tests based on their age and the hazards which they might be exposed to at work. Medical check-ups are also conducted when the employees move to a new function, and when they leave Orpic. We take care of our employees in several other ways, reflecting the emphasis we give to the health and wellbeing of our employees and contractors.
