‘Developing the next generation of Orpic’
As part of Orpic’s continuous effort to bring the potential of people alive, Learning and Development Department has developed the Trainee Management Programme that will provide fresh graduates and young professionals the core foundations and work experience to accelerate their careers as well as offer the opportunity to become the next generation of Orpic.
Orpic established the Trainee Development Programme in 2011. Since then, more than 1000 young Omani technicians and engineers have been trained to take up positions across Orpic’s internal disciplines, enabling them to join the national cadre operating the group’s existing and future projects and plants.
- Trainees should be in their last year/semester in college/university in Oman.
- Trainees should have a minimum GPA 2.5 or equivalent.
- This should be the first internship for any candidate in Orpic.
- A letter from the college/university must be provided to Orpic while applying for the internship.
